No refunds
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds on Pro subscriptions, including partial or unused billing periods.
Try before you pay
Your first 30 practice questions, timed mock interviews, coding & SQL challenges, the 86,616-question bank, and the AI resume analyzer are free for everyone — no credit card required. We encourage you to use the free tier first so you know what Pro adds (unlimited practice, the live AI voice interviewer, and the AI Coach) before you subscribe.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. No charge is refunded for the current or any prior period.
Disputes
Please email support@interview-prep.academy before filing a chargeback — we usually resolve issues within 48 hours.
