Is it really free?
Yes. Browse the full question bank, take 30 practice questions a month, run timed mock interviews, do coding & SQL challenges, use the resume analyzer, and read the SQL course — no credit card. Pro ($15/mo) adds live AI voice interviews and résumé-grounded questions.
Are there usage limits?
On Free, practice is 30 questions per calendar month — the count resets on the 1st (UTC) — and coding opens a fixed starter set of problems; timed mock interviews are not limited. Paid plans remove those caps: practice and coding are unlimited, and Pro has no monthly cap on voice interviews. Every account, including Pro, also has short-term safeguards against very rapid bursts of requests, such as many AI coach messages within a few minutes. If you hit one, the message says how long to wait, and it resets on its own — upgrading doesn't change it.
How does the AI interview work?
A three-agent panel (Planner → Interviewer → Evaluator) runs your interview, asks one question at a time, probes your answers, then gives a scored rubric teardown. Voice mode speaks each question aloud, listens to your answer, and asks follow-ups based on what you said.
Are the AI scores used to make hiring decisions?
No. Scores are advisory only — a human makes any real decision. We follow NYC Local Law 144 and the EU AI Act for automated employment tools: protected characteristics are never used in scoring, every decision is recorded in a tamper-evident audit log, and you can request a human review of any result.
How do I pay and cancel?
Stripe processes monthly Pro subscriptions. PayPal and Razorpay are also accepted as one-time payments, which do not renew and are activated once our team matches the payment to your account. Cancel a Stripe subscription anytime from your account — you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. All payments are final and non-refundable.
Is my interview data private?
Your transcript (with names, emails and phone numbers masked), scores, report and audit records are saved to our database and linked to your account, and kept until they're deleted. Your answers are sent to our AI model providers to run and score the interview. Your webcam video and identity photo stay on your device (recorded only for your own playback, never uploaded); we never sell your data; and we never see your card details.
