How the AI interview works
Each interview runs on a LangGraph three-agent panel: a Planner builds a role-calibrated question set, an Interviewer (Zaheen) asks and probes one question at a time, and an Evaluator scores every answer against the rubric. Questions are drawn from a curated bank of real interview questions, and the interviewer remembers your weak areas across sessions so it can probe harder next time.

- • AI scores are advisory only — a human makes any real hiring decision, in line with NYC Local Law 144 and the EU AI Act.
- • Protected characteristics are never used in scoring; answers are PII-redacted before analysis.
- • Every decision is recorded in a tamper-evident audit log you can review and appeal.
- • Your video/photo stays in your browser and is never uploaded; we never see your card details.
