Is it really free?
Yes. Browse the full question bank, take 30 practice questions a month, run timed mock interviews, do coding & SQL challenges, use the resume analyzer, and read the SQL course — no credit card. Pro ($15/mo) adds live AI voice interviews and system design interviews.
How does the AI interview work?
A three-agent panel (Planner → Interviewer → Evaluator) runs your interview, asks one question at a time, probes your answers, then gives a scored rubric teardown. Voice mode speaks each question aloud and listens to your answer (with barge-in); a text mode is also available.
Are the AI scores used to make hiring decisions?
No. Scores are advisory only — a human makes any real decision. We follow NYC Local Law 144 and the EU AI Act for automated employment tools: protected characteristics are never used in scoring, answers are PII-redacted before analysis, and every decision is recorded in a tamper-evident audit log you can appeal.
How do I pay and cancel?
PayPal, Razorpay (India), or Mercury (US ACH) for Pro. Cancel anytime from your account — you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. All payments are final and non-refundable.
Is my interview data private?
Your transcript, rubric scores, and audit records are stored against your account so you can review them later. We never sell or share your data; your webcam video and identity photo stay on your device (recorded only for your own playback, never uploaded); and we never see your card details — those stay with the payment processor.
