How question practice works
Self-paced multiple-choice practice from a bank of 86,750 interview questions across 30 subjects. There's no clock: answer, see whether you were right, and read why. When the stored explanation isn't enough, ask the AI to explain it another way.
Pick a subject and difficulty
Filter by subject and by Easy, Medium or Hard. Questions come in random order.
Answer
Click an option or use the keyboard: 1–4 or A–D to answer, the arrow keys to move, S to shuffle.
See why
You get the verdict, the correct answer and the explanation straight away. Three more tabs — AI Insight, Beginner and Example — have the AI explain it again in a different way.
Finish the session
A session is 10 questions, or stop whenever you like, and you get a report on how it went.
Keep it going
Signed in, you get bookmarks, a daily goal of 10 questions, a streak and your running accuracy.

Frequently asked questions
Is question practice free?
Yes. A free account gets 30 practice questions a month, reset on the 1st. Pro ($15/mo) makes practice unlimited.
Can I try it without signing up?
Yes. Without an account you get a 10-question sample, the same 10 for everyone. Filters and the AI explanation tabs need a free account.
How is practice different from a mock interview?
Practice has no clock and explains every answer as you go. The mock interview is timed and shows the answers at the end, like a real test. Mock interviews don't count toward your monthly practice allowance.
Where do the questions come from?
How the bank is built and checked is documented on the methodology page, including how duplicates and near-duplicates are measured.
Which subjects can I practice?
30 subjects, including Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, SQL, C++, Go, software testing, machine learning and LLMs.
